You supply buyers who have already proved themselves
Haulage companies, contractors, rental firms and dealers in Europe and North America replace their fleet or machine park. What is written off there runs on elsewhere for years. UNIMA places it with buyers we have vetted in advance — and takes the sales process off your hands.
Buyers who have been vetted first
Anyone applying as a buyer does not enter the co-operative straight away. He is first assessed on trading history, purchasing intent and destination market, and then begins on the lowest membership with a limited number of units. Only when those transactions run well does full admission follow. You therefore supply parties who have already demonstrated their reliability.
One buyer, no viewings
You need not advertise, schedule viewings or negotiate with ten parties over the same unit. You tell us what has to go and at what price; we find the buyer within the network. Whole batches are welcome — that is precisely what our members are looking for.
Payment secured before you deliver
The buyer pays into a client account before the equipment departs. You deliver only once the money is there. No advance payments that fail to arrive, no argument afterwards about what was agreed.
The process after the sale off your hands
Road transport, export documents, inspection and shipment are arranged by the co-operative. Your responsibility ends at the gate. What happens after that — and whether it arrives in good order — is our concern, not yours.
How you become a supplier
Suppliers cannot become members of the co-operative straight away. That is not a barrier meant to hold you back, but the reason buyers trust us — and therefore the reason you sell here.
1 · Vetting of your company
We check the registration in the commercial register, the company history and the condition of the equipment you offer. You will hear within two working days whether we proceed.
2 · A first delivery under supervision
You deliver a first batch, with the co-operative alongside. We assess whether the description matched what arrived, whether the papers were in order and whether the agreements were kept.
3 · Certified supplier
If that proceeds satisfactorily, you are taken in as a certified supplier and may bear that mark. Your supply then goes out in the selections members receive twice a week.
What we accept
Sixteen main categories. Individual units are welcome, whole batches more so still. Equipment need not be roadworthy — but it must be honestly described.

The three supplier levels
No monthly fee. You pay only per unit sold, and that rate falls as you move further into the co-operative.
Admission to Affiliated Supplier requires at least four completed deliveries, at least six months and approval by the Membership Committee.
Register equipment
Tell us what you are disposing of and in what condition it is. Within two working days we will let you know whether it fits within the network and what it is expected to fetch. No obligation, and without your having to advertise anything.
